Phiona has worked as a holistic therapist since early 2000 and has recently developed her practice with the addition of Clinical Hypnotherapy. Specialising in trauma in children and adults, alongside women's health and well-being. Offering support for mental health, anxiety, depression PTSD, stress, confidence, fears, and phobias. Weight Management and Hypno Gastric Band. Further training in Mindful Menopause, to support this transition time for women. Phiona is also an EFT Practitioner and Breathwork Coach which helps to support her Hypnotherapy work. Sessions either in-person or online for children and adults. Phiona holds an enhanced DBS.
